Countdown to UGA-OSU:68 Days (#68 Ben Harbin)

#68 Ben Harbin, DE
6-3, 255, Dalton GA (Dalton), RS Soph.

Harbin is a walk-on from Dalton that originally reported to Athens as a tight end on the scout team. He has since moved over to the opposite side of the ball and has worked out primarily on the scout team during his time at UGA thus far. He's an outstanding student in addition to a key member of the practice squad. He is of no relation to Georgia State Representative Ben Harbin (R-Evans.)

Depth Chart Analysis: Unless the Dawgs take some unfortunate hits injury-wise at defensive end before or during the upcoming season, he is more than likely going to continue to simply add depth on the scout team. However, defensive end is a position that the Dawgs are somewhat thin at (on talent if not bodies), so one or two injuries could press Harbin into action.

Other famous #68s in UGA history: OG (and current Athens attorney) Kim Stephens
